Check if minidump folder exists

Apparently the minidump folder does not always exist. The folder button should be grayed out.
Also make sure the crash data collection is grayed out if the folder does not exist.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Ok, not grayed out - but now it tells the user that no crash data was found. Better user feedback.
