Mail Settings button does not work in 64 bit Vista/Win7

Running mlcfg32.cpl does not work in 64 bit Vista/Win7.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
Fixed this in upcoming 0.7 version. SA now tries to detect which version of office is installed and use appropriate Mail Config dialog. The ScanPST button was also fixed.
