Fix the Register/Deregister tool

The behavior of the DLL registration tool should be altered as follows:
- Hitting enter should register the dll (this might be tricky since there are other input forms on the page)
- Hitting the Register or Unregister button should clear the input
- After the box is cleared, it should be focused again for easy input
